  • make new "not junk mail" rule

    Dear All,
We are using Exchange 2010 server. We have two third party programs which send mail with same subject line and same sender via SMTP protocol to Exchange users. These mails always end up in the Outlook users Junk mailbox folder.
We would like to define a sent mail rule in Exchange 2010 server that would tell the SMTP connector to put mail from these senders with this subject line into the Inbox folder for all user mailboxes.
Can anyone tell me how to do this?
    Thanks,
    Gila

Re: make new "not junk mail" rule

Use a transport rule, properties could be:
    Conditions
-send to users inside the organization
    and
    - specific words in subject "xyz"
    and
    - specific words in senders address "abc"

    Action
    - set spam confidence level to "0" (no spam at all)
