    HI,
I am trying to accomplish the NLS on Client Access Server on VMWARE test environment..

    IP address details :-192.168.1.2
    Subnet:255.255.255.0

    NIC-2( NLB)
    IP address details :-192.168.1.11

    IP address: 192.168.1.6
    Subnet:255.255.255.0
    ------------------------------
Now the issue is , seems to be NLS is not working as it should work bcoz
When i am trying to ping or connect through NLB manager from CAS-2 server i am not able to connect CAS-1, seems to be NLB IPaddress on CAS-2 is not able to connect to CAS-1 NLB IP address, as getting the below error on the VMWARE message log.
1."Adapter Ethernet1 may not have network connectivity.MAC address 02:BF:C0:A8:01:21 of adapter Ethernet1 is within the reserved address range or is in use by another virtual adapter on your system.
Adapter Ethernet1 may not have network connectivity...."

    2. When i am shutting down the CAS-1 to check the NLB working or not then i am not able to ping or connect to the mail.hello.com. (FQDN).

    3. Do i need to choose any anyother network setting on VMWARE of NAT will be fine

    Please help

And the other thing is From XP machine while testing the NLB not able to ping the CAS-2 NLB IP address (192.168.1.22) and not able to connect to the mail.hello.com FQDN name ? I am suspecting this issue with network settings in the VMware but not sure
