  • REPLY TO ALL, prompt question before doing so

Exchange server 2007 on windows 2003., users outlook 2007 and 2010.

Is there a way to prompt users after they hit Reply to all are they sure that they want to do this...

it's very annonying when users keep replying to all, instead of the originator of the e-mail.

Microsoft offers a third party add-in to do that at
    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ma...001226103.aspx
Looks like it runs around $15.

yeah thanks, I saw that a bit ago. Not really what I want. Looking to do it via GPO or on Exchange. I know I can remove it all together but that's not a good option.

If you go up to Exchange 2010 you can have Mail Tips to alert users in such cases. A bit more than $15 though
