  • Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists

    Hello Team,

    Im having an issue here and see if someone can give me the insite..
    I delete of user off the actifve directory..
    then
    recreate the account with the same as previous user and new mailbox as previously.

    now everytime I send an email to that user it just say undeliverable. How do I fix that issue.

    Delete the entry for the user from your Outlook nickname cache and recreate it by typing the email address or selecting it from the Global Address List.

      hmmm.. is there a better way to do this?
      I have hundred of users and I wont be able to do every individual profiles.
