  • ActiveSync Policy Mobile Devices

First: Sorry for my bad English and hello to everybody.

I'm searching for a possibilty to make some restrictions to our Mobile Devices with only Microsoft products (Microsoft Exchange, ISA).
The goal is to enforce the password protection on the devices and a restriction which devices are allowed.
As an Example only Android 2.1 and higher, IPhone OS 3.0 and higher, Windows Phone 6.5 and higher.

I allready found an article on this page which allows you to enforce the password protection. But there it is only possible to enforce the password protection on the Phone but not which phone can sync.
So it would be very cool if you can give me some Ideas how i can do that.
    Thank you!

iPhone wise, you could look into using iPhone Configuration Utility. If you are have IOS 4.0 and higher, there are Device Management server options available as well.

We implemented the "Good" software, not keen on the name but it allows restrictions on phone OS version, sandboxes the data etc so even personal devices can be secured. There is a cost involved of course.
      cheers

        Version of Exchange?
        If 2010 see this: http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/20...15/456931.aspx
If 2007 I don't think there are ways to control access.
