    Hello team,

On my exchange 07, I have 3 database.
    1. VIP (unlimited)
    2. Managers (500MB)
    3. Users (250MB)

I want to set at the organization level to limite Managers and Users mail where.

if the managers hit 400MB, it will send them a warning.
if they hit 500MB, it will stop then from sending mail.

If the users hit 200MB it will send them a warning.
if they hit 250mb prevent them from sending mail

what is the best way to do this at the organization level?

    Thanks,
    HN
