    Hello Team,

    Has anyone see the issue where user send email to external domain and recipeients recieved duplicate email with multiple emails.
    I wonder if that is someone on the CAS settings or is it the end users?

    Hi,

    compare the messageId from internetheader/mailheader and verify if it's actually a duplicate email or same email sent multiple times.
