  • two domains on one exch2010

    Hi,

    we got two mail domains @**-uk.co.uk and @**.nl

    we are planning to set-up and new 2008r2 network with one exchange 2010, everything will be placed in our dutch office . . we want to give our users access with the web client to their email . .


    is it possible to add two domains on one server, and so how to ???

    Yes, but only one will be used to send emails from -- both will receive emails

    You will need to configure "accepted domains" under the HT role and also "email address policies" (also under HT) to assign addresses

      Hi,

      Yes it's possible. You don't need to make another AD domain for that. You need to create email address policy under accepted domain and make sure that users get that policy.

      Then configure mx and dns appropriately.
