  • Problem receiving emails from BlackBerry

    We're having a problem with a user trying to send himself an email through his blackberry. Here's the message we receive, and it is indeed our mail server (Exchange 2010) that is rejecting this. We do have anti-spam installed, and there is only a single Exchange server. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I can look for? Thanks

    Sent: Tuesday, November 30, 2010 8:26 AM
    To: Nick
    Subject: Undeliverable: Test

    FYI, SMTP logging shows the following:

    554 5.1.0 Sender denied

      The error means what it says.
      The sender for whatever reason has been blocked. You will need to look at your antispam configuration to see why.
