  • Meetings from Blackberry Devices are appearing one hour later

We send a meeting request to another user, scheduled for 4:30-5:30pm on the BB device, but when it gets to the Outlook recipient, the meeting is for 5:30-6:30pm.

Normal Outlook meetings are coming up at the right time, so we suspect the BES server to be the problem. Can someone pls let me know which updates are required for BES and whether the Exchange 2007 (no SP) server needs to be updated as well?

I've googled this situation and all I can find is references to the year 2007. Thanks.

    Exchange 2007 no SP
    BES Version: 5.0.2.28

check for all your daylight savings patches on everything

i found a problem with backup exec on some of our client sites where because daylight savings kicked back for winter, bex was failing to run jobs where servers had still been running over the kickover time and hadn't bee restarted since

There definitely were DST2007 patches required for the BES server and handhelds. This might help you get started:

I am pretty sure that the combination of Exchange 2007 RTM and 5.0.2 of BES is unsupported combination. I think it requires at least SP1. I am surprised that anyone is still running RTM of Exchange 2007 at this time anyway, given that Exchange 2007 wasn't even finished until SP1 was released.
