  • Exchange secondary address

Hello everyone. Please I need help. I have a client on exchange 2007 and they use outlook 2013 on their PCs. Two bosses (partners) have individual emails configured in outlook. Now they want to have another email eg [email protected] that they can share so that their clients can email there if it's a matter that needs both of them. When they respond to that particular email, they don't mind then using their individual accounts. How can they achieve this seamlessly? Initially I decided to create the partners emails then add it to their PCs as an additional pop account but it seems to be very unstable and at time doesn't work at all. Please help

Create a shared mailbox (Not sure if you can do this on 2007)
Create a distribution group and add them as members.
Create a user account and give them both full rights on the mailbox

There are a couple of options.

You don't have shared mailboxes in 2007 but a "partner" mailbox with both partners given full access should do the trick
