Is there any NDR being generate, can you do message tracking and check if the messages have left your exchange network.

        Re: reverse lookup zone

do you receive message delayed notification or the external user receive it delayed.

check the timestamp on message when the message left exchange organisation
        Thanks & Regards

            Re: reverse lookup zone

can you share the delayed notification with us. It could either mean that exchange is not able to contact the remote domain or exchange didn't even try to deliver the message
            Thanks & Regards

                Hi,

can you telnet to mailgw1.birzeit.edu 213.244.124.5 on port 25 and then issue ehlo yourdomain.com
                start >run>cmd
                telnet 213.244.124.5 25

it shud show you the banner, either you are blocked by this domain or there are some issues with your dns or their exchange server.
                Thanks & Regards
