  • Forward to more than one user/contact

Without giving a user full access to a mailbox, is there a way to forward a specific users mailbox to more than one person/contact?

Scenario, my company sold a division and the users that transferred with the sale have their new email created as a mail contact in my Exchange. Their email from my company is then forwarded to their new company email. Our CFO wants to be listed as a forward on a specific persons email but I can't because it's limited to one user.

I would prefer not using a dynamic group but will do so if I'm left with no other choice.

    Thanks,
    Todd

Yes, create a mail enabled group and forward to the group
(Basically you can forward to one address, but nothing says that has to be a single person)

No need for dynamic groups - just a static group (and a reminder to yourself to review membership in x months)
