Last week i restarted the Exchange server at a customer site, after the restart 1 user gets when starting outlook a credentials box.

All the other users don`t have problems.

Does this happen on every reboot, or have you only observed it once?
Check Outlook version numbers to ensure he is at the same patch level as others
Any other differences (client OS, domain join...)?
How are users connecting (MAPI or Outlook Anywhere)?

Hello Ossian, it didn`t happen before when i restarted the server, Outlook versions are the same as the other people, don`t know if all updates are done on this machine.
Machines have the same OS and domain. They are connected by Outlook anywhere

Check the Outlook Anywhere settings (in the client mail profile) for the always prompt for credentials option. Also check if basic or Kerberos authentication
