    Win 12 Serv, Exch 2013, all patched up and up to date on both. We can't send/receive mail at all, it's been hours. I have a service call in with MS just waiting on a call back. I've restarted the services way too many times and have rebooted, nothing works. Any help would be appreciated.

    I would go through the Application event log and see what Exchange errors you have.

    Also, make sure you have enough resources (CPU, RAM, disk). If you don't then Exchange will shutdown services. (and the event log will tell you what and why)

        this was from a few years ago Jim, I no longer work for that company and I believe I had to make several MS support calls to get it going once again, sorry for the delay in answering.
