    Can someone help me look at this error message? is it the security setting on my end or the recipient's mail server blocking me.

    Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:

    The remote server is rejecting the message. Most NDRs come from the remote server, even though your server is in the NDR. The server in the NDR is the one that is generating the NDR.

    However it isn't clear from the NDR why the message was rejected.

      Appreciate your response as always. It's come to find out that email address is not exist.
      But like you said. the error response from remote server was clear.
