      Can you run this command and post the results ;

      get-queue –SortOrder:-MessageCount

          Re: queue stay on ready

          How are you sending this message out? Via a smart host or via DNS?

          If you set up a smart host to send out (I use my ISP SMTP server with no authentication as a test), what results do you get then?

            Also, as 12 looks like it is suspended, resume it using the following command, see if it kicks it in;

            resume-queue <12>

              hi ste

              cool

              after resuming
              all mail to the specific domain go out

              yet
              my question is
              1. why it stuck in the queue in the first place
              2. why it need to resume manually - i all the time
              thought he is(exchange) keep on trying

              thanks again

                Re: queue stay on ready

                Queues become suspended for different reasons, and with the data given I can't give you an answer.

                I am glad everything is working now, just keep an eye on things and if it does happen again, you can always do a bit more digging and find out why the queue is in suspended status.
