  • Shared contacts?

Just give a user a new machine. She is now reporting that she doesn't have any shared contacts for her department which they all have access to.

This is the first I have heard of this and never knew this was setup. I cant find the name of it (shown on her old pc) in the list where you add a shared contact list.

    Any ideas?

        Re: Shared contacts?

See if the shared contacts appear as a favourite in other users outlook. They may be in a public folder. If you then browse to the public folder with the shared contacts, you can then add it as a favourite to the user's Outlook.
