    Hi,

    I want to Deny Some Users From Deleting mail is this possible in MS-Exchange 2010.

    All Users Checking mails from web-login not using Outlook.

    It's not directly a "deny", but you can get a similar functionallity with the archiv mailbox setting the users on legal hold.

        Hmm, a simple google search (archiv + "legal hold" +"exchange 2010") would do the deal, plenty of documentations around or hire a consultant maybe.

          Your best option is to archive the email.
          While a legal hold would work, it isn't really designed for this. If you don't want the users to do anything with email, archive it so that it is stored elsewhere.
