    Hello

I'm trying to send a meeting request from an outlook 2003 client(on exchange 2007 server) to an outlook 2003 pop3 server and the request arrives with a long text message, without graphic interface for "accept" button.
Any idea how to deal with?

Sounds as if the client is set up to get all messages as text only

      Re: meeting request-outlook

      I wouldn't expect a meeting request to work going to a non-Exchange client/server.
Meetings is an Exchange feature, while meeting requests will usually go across the Internet to another Exchange server without problems that cannot be guaranteed. Therefore you should expect it to fail.

Almost certainly something has touched the object so that Outlook cannot interpret the meeting request correctly. Could be an AV or antispam tool somewhere in the path. As the AV or Antispam tool is not running on Exchange, it isn't aware of Exchange functionality like meeting requests so has broken it.
