  • Multiple From Addresses

I am not sure if this is possible with Outlook / OWA / Exchange 2k7 2k10

Our user's have multiple email addresses:
    [email protected]
    [email protected]
    [email protected]

Using Outlook (Not sure if it is version specific for this feature)

The users want to be able to choose from 1 of their 3 email addresses in the Reply From field, to send the mail as.

What is the easiest way for the user to do this without having to manually type the whole email address?

Currently this is done by creating multiple POP 3 accounts in Outlook. That way there is a drop down menu for the FROM address.

Also can the FROM field be populated in OWA? Any easier to fulfill this request in OWA?

    Thx
    Chase

    Re: Multiple From Addresses

There is no native way of doing this with Exchange of any version.
As far as Exchange is concerned all users only have one email address - the default, and that is used for all outbound emails.

If you want to select, then POP3 is one method, multiple accounts and the from field is another. There is also a product called ChooseFrom from ivasoft.biz (http://semb.ee/choosefrom2007), but I don't know if that is working correctly in OWA.
