  • ISA Customisation - Ex2007 Page

When we go to the ISA server that is published with the Ex2007 URLs, we get the ISA.jpg

However in all the guides I have seen they get the image isa1.jpg

But I can not work out how to get that to display,

    Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section

    Thanks

Have you got "Require all users to authenticate" ticked on the OWA Web Listener in ISA? If you have untick it and you'll see the Exchange FBA logon page rather than the ISA one.

Does that not just bypass the ISA server sending the traffic directly to the CAS server? Thus negating the security of the ISA server?

I found the solution. You have to make sure that the listener and the web publishing rule but have Exchange under the custom form section

No, it forces the rule to do the authentication rather than the listener. You can use the same listener for multiple published websites so it makes more sense to have the publishing rules do the authentication, particularly for FBA. For example, if you also publish Sharepoint to the internet you'd want the Sharepoint FBA page to appear. With the way you have it set up they'd get the OWA FBA page, or you'd need to create another Web Listener.

Post from Jim Harrison who is an MS ISA Guru explaining this.
