  • Maximum size limit for user

    Hi Friends

We are using exchnage 2007 ent edition with SP1. We have set 10 MB send and recevied in organizational level also set 10 mb send and recived for send and receive connector. I want to allow one user to send mail around 15 MB. How can i configure the same. I have try to modify the limit on user's mailbox properties and he are able to send mails wihin the organization but now able to send outside domain. I also increase the limit on send connector 10 MB to 15 MB but he are getting NDR. Please suggest how can i solve this problem.

    Thanks

Re: Maximum size limit for user

You will need to increase the limits on the connectors, so that all users are able to send larger email messages, then use Transport Rules to limit the message size for everyone else.

The simple rule is restrict down, not open up.

To get changes to take effect immediately, restart the Transport service on the Exchange server/s.

    Simon.
