    I looking step by step how to configure pop3 in EX2007 pop3

    There is no POP3 connector in Exchange 2007. If you want to use a POP3 connector then you will have to look at third party applications.

    If you want to collect email from the server using POP3 then you just need to enable the POP3 service and then configure it in the Management Console. POP3 management is in Exchange 2007 SP1 and higher.

    However POP3 should only be used where there are no other choices. The preferred remote access solution for desktops/laptops is Outlook Anywhere and for mobile device ActiveSync.

      im with sembee - the only reason we use pop3 (and strictly within the firewall) is because we have an application that can only integrate via pop3... won't even do spop unfortunately

      there is (almost) no good reason for POP3, in a corporate environment...
