• Exchange 2010 central signature management.

    Hi,

Exchange 2010 was released not long ago and we're planning the move right now. We've been using Exclaimer to manage the signatures from the server but they did not release a version yet for 2010 (and to be honest, i wouldn't mind moving to another software).

So far i found "codetwo" to have a non-beta of their auto disclaimer software. Any recommendation ?

    Best regards,

Re: Exchange 2010 central signature management.

The problem with being an early adopter is that third party software takes time to catch up. I am aware of a lot of utilities that aren't available for Exchange 2007 still, and that version is over three years old.

Exchange 2010 can do some signature management on its own, using values from the AD.

This is the kind of thing that it can do:

    %%Firstname%% %%Lastname%%
%%Title%%
%%Company%%
Direct: %%Phonenumber%%
Mobile: %%Mobilenumber%%
Faxnumber: %%Faxnumber%%
Simon.

I was just browsing the forums and came across another post suggesting this blog:

That's actually pretty awesome, i'll see if this can meet our needs. I don't see what Exclaimer can do more than this actually hehe

      Best regards,

Exclaimer is going after the GFI Mail Essentials market with more functionality than just signatures etc. Depends if you are using that or not.
