  • Free/busy permissions

    Hi!

I wonder if itīs possible from the exchange 2007 server to change every mailbox free/busy permission?

I want to change it to free/busy time, subject, location. I rather donīt do it on 120 clients so if itīs possible to do it on the exchange 2007 server i would be a happy man.

I looked in the outlook 2007 GPO template but could not find anything about this.

    Cheers

    Re: Free/busy permissions

Deploy Exchange 2010 - as it can be set in that version.

EXFOLDERS might do it, but I haven't tested it.
Its predecessor pfdavadmin cannot as it is limited to regular permission types (Reviewer, author, owner etc).

Unfortunately it isn't something that can be done by Group Policy because it isn't an Outlook setting - it is a mailbox setting that is simply viewed and managed by Outlook.

    Simon.

      Thx Simon!

Yeah exchange 2010 would be nice but that is not an option at the moment.

      So itīs client configuration then.
