  • Emails accessed externally - strange error on hyperlinks

I am running Exchange 2007 SP2 and Rollup 1. Exchange Server is on a Windows 2003 Server x64 fully service packed.

When emails are accessed externally and the user clicks on a hyperlink to another website, the OWA redirect adds another http:// into the address line.

ie if I was attempting to link to http://www.petri.com it would be shown like this http://http://www.petri.com

We route our mail through an ISA server and is running with an SSL certificate.

    Any help much appreciated.

Re: Emails accessed externally - strange error on hyperlinks

An update to this error is that we access our OWA through our Sharepoint solution which is run on SSL through our ISA 2006 box. When i access external https sites i have no problem but when I try to link to a page within the domain then it fails as follows:

https://domain/owa hyperlink to https://domain throws up the following:
As you can see it enters an additional http:// in the middle of the address.

I'm now not sure if this is an issue for the ISA forum rather than Exchange.
