    That article is a specific article for referencing a specific problem from the best practises tool.
    The final solution is to ensure that the server is patched correctly. If the server was kept up to date with patches then this would not have been a problem.

      Hi,

      Can you tell me few things.

      first of all exchange 2007 what is the level of service pack and what are the roll up updates installed.

      do you have outlook 2003 and outlook 2007 on same machine
      what is the version of outlook 2007 (Service pack level)

      do you able to log on to the mailbox using outlook and then you keep getting the prompt or is it that before even you get into outlook you get a prompt.

      If this is the case then check on server side application and system logs and provide us with it.
