  • Content filtering in 32-bit

Does content filtering works in 32-bit Exchange server 2007 version ???

I have configured Anti-Spam feature on Hub transport server...and configured Content filtering...

But still users are able to get spam mails...

I have configured Anonymous permissions on both SMTP receive connectors...

What need to be done to enable Anti spam feature in Hub transport server ???

How can I check if Anti spam feature is working or not ?

      Re: Content filtering in 32-bit

You shouldn't have users on the 32 bit version.

The 32 bit version does not receive updates for the content filtering, so in effect it is useless.
One of the many reasons why the 32 bit version is not supported in production.

          Re: Content filtering in 32-bit

I have configured one edge transport server (connected to the internet) and hub transport server (internal)....and both are working perfectly and well syncrhronized...

Now which address shall I use from externally to check if anti-spams working or not ?

I mean to say Shall I enter

          https://addressofEdgeTrasport\owa

          Or

          https://addressofHubTransport\owa

How shall I configure my DNS so that mail first be filtered by the Edge and then routed to Transport ?
