  • Email was read by someone else

    Hello,

I have a question regarding outlook 2007. I send email to individual or to myself and sometimes those emails are read by another person. I checked if my account has any association or delegate but there's none. How can she read email that i never sent to her. Is there any settings in outlook to allow that?

    Thanks!!!

How do you know someone else is reading it?

It's possible that an Administrator is accessing your email via OWA if they have given themselves Full Access Permission. You can't see that from within Outlook, only in the Exchange console.

There are so many ways your mail can end up in someone elses mailbox.
please give some more (technical) information first. Just mentioning the e-mail client is no good start to begin a decent troubleshoot.
