  • Exchange 2007 on 2003 domain...

I currently have 2003 Server with Exchange 2003 running on it. (yes, I know that's not good)

I would like to pull Exchange 2003 (x64) off of this 2003 DC and put in on it's own separate server. I would like to go to Exchange 2007 - but what OS should I put it on? 2003 or 2008?

    Any problems with putting a 2008 server w/ Exchange 2007 in a 2003 Domain?

Exchange 2007 can go on either Windows 2003 or Windows 2008. There is no functionality difference. Windows 2008 is fine in a Windows 2003 domain.

      And obviously - if I have Exchange 2007 x64 - I should put it on Server 2008 x64.
