  • Limit Exchange Users outbound delivery

Is it possible to limit some users from sending e-mail to everyone but the other people in the domain using Exchange 2007. That is to say, we want to have some users send and receive e-mail normally, and others only have the ability to use the e-mail internally.

You only need one line from my article:

      "Exchange 2007

For Exchange 2007, you can restrict users from sending email using Transport rules. These can be found in The Exchange Management Console, under Organisation Configuration, Hub Transport, Transport Rules. "
