    We have an exchange 2007 with a CCR. Peoblem is some of the mails are not appearing into outlook / owa but delivery satus shows "DELIVERED" into maile tracing log. Can anybody help me .....

    You could start by posting much more information as per rules 1 and 4.

    Has this always happened or is this a new installation?
    Are you running SP1 with rollup 6?
    Have you uninstalled the AV from Exchange?
    Have you checked rules?
    Any similarity with the emails?
    etc.etc.etc...

      Have you got AV scanning emails on the server or local PCS? Any anti-spam software?

        This exchange server in installed before 9 months. We are using pop site. We use a utility call popcorn for downloading mail from the pop site. Some times pop con downloads the message and give it to exchange. But that message is not appearing into mailbox. For this user has no filteration. We are using exchange's ver Exchange Server 2007
        Microsoft Corporation
        Version: 08.01.0240.006.
        No change was done for antivirus. I checked all the rules. If some one send us a mail and inform us that he send a mail, but mail is not appearing into mailbox. We called back him and ask to resend it. We may receive this reseded message.

            Have you thought about getting your email sent directly to Exchange instead via SMTP?

            With regards to your problem. Does "popcorn" have any logs itself?
            Can you see the messages with message tracking?

              POP con show delivered it to exchange. Even exchange's rcvdmailtracking shows that mail is delived to respective mailbox.

                If message tracking shows it delivered to the mailbox then you need to look in the mailbox and local antivirus software. It could be rules, removal from AV etc.
