  • Public folder calendar with private bookings

    Hey!

I have added a public folder calendar to my organisation for using as an "time of from work" request calendar. But, I OWA, wich my clients are using. The private check box is greyed out. I would like them to have the possibility to choose their request as private to let only the editors see the content of the message, and others to see the name.

Is that possible? Or, do anyone have another tip of how to get the task done with exchange?

You can't make items in a public folder, even through Outlook.
If you want to keep things private then you will have to use something else.

      Okey! Thanks for the reply.

Itīs a shame though, because I can make the folder invisible to users, with the ability to post in it. But, it would have been great to have people se that stuff is "booked" without letting them see the reason to why it is booked.
