  • Preventing internal mail getting into junk mail folder

On my exchange server im having problems that mail generated from some of my applications are being delivered to the junc mail folder.

Mail are coming from applications like Trend Micro Worry Free Business and my accouniting program.

Are there any way I can prevent that from happening ? I know i can add the domains to the safe sender list , but i dont want to do that for all my users.

Looking on the mail header on those mails , they have SCL from 0 to 9 .

Common settings are that they are not authenticated as the user they pretends to send as.

    Any ideas ?

The applications are sending the email by SMTP I presume?
Are they on a different server?
If so then simple enable the IP allow list in Org Config, Hub Transport , Antispam, then add the servers to the list under Server Config, Hub Transport, Antispam.

You could also use custom words filtering to allow the messages through... lots of options using the built in antispam tools.
