    Hello all,

    I have one user that cannot see his out of office settings in outlook 2007.

    In the past 4 months we moved to exchange 2007 and out of 40 users there is just this one user that has issues setting his out of office up.

    He can only set it in OWA, but on any outlook 2007 clients he recieves the error *attached* "Your out of office settings cannot be displayed, because the server is unavailable. Try again Later".

    Does anyone have any ideas why it's just this one user?

    With a new profile as well?
    On a test machine too?

      I've tried on multiple machines and it returns the same error.

      It looks to be a problem with the users account but i can't work out what ???

        If you have more than one server / SG try moving the mailbox between them.
        Maybe also "outlook /cleanrules" ?
        remove all of the rules in OWA too.

        Also maybe export and re-import the mailbox
