  • How can I add a disclaimer to ALL outgoing messages?

    I need to add a common disclaimer to all outgoing emails in Exchange 2007.

    Please help. is there a way to easily do this?

    Since its 2007, yes, you can add a disclaimer using "Transport Rules" on your HT server
    Go into EMC
    Organisational Configuration
    Hub Transport
    Transport Rules

    But this will give a standard message. If you want customisation e.g. senders details, go for a third party product like PolicyPatrol

      My preferred option is Exclaimer, but third parties do this better than Exchange, plus you can have different disclaimers depending on the scenario of the messages.
