  • 1 User with Multiple Emails?

I currently have a user whose email address is [email protected]. We want to setup [email protected].

Once that is setup, we want all [email protected] emails to be forwarded to [email protected].

Also, we want the name Webmaster to appear in our Global Address Book.

How can I accomplish this on the Exchange server?

You will have to create a full account for it to appear in the Address Book. Then once the account has been created, set it to forward all email to the user who needs to receive those messages.

Another option would be a group, or a public folder.

    Simon.

      Thanks Simon.

I created a new user mailbox ([email protected]) then on the Mail Flow Settings, I told it to forward email to ([email protected]).

      Works great.
