  • Problems receiving mass emails

I ran into a little issue on my Exchange 2007 server. We are having a issues w/ Exchange some how limited the number of recipients for an OUTSIDE emails.

We have 2 different domains with 2 different servers, one 2003 one 2007.
    They are on different networks.

users on The 2003 need to send mass emails to select users on the 2007 server.

I have a routing group connecting both server (one on each end).

mail flow is from domain2003 to domain2007
All services are on one 2007 server, no edge server.

When I tried earlier sending a message to 290 users I got.

This message was rejected due to the current administrative policy by the destination server. Please retry at a later time. If that fails, contact your system administrator.

I can look at message tracking on 2007 and i never see it.

I can send to 100 people, but when I try the large list of 290 I get errors.

When i look at the SMTPReceive logs i see
"....250 2.1.5 Recipient OK...." for the first 100 uesrs then i get.
    "... ,-,,Remote" on line 101

Antivirus has been disable on 2007 box, no change.

Any ideas before I call in to MS?

    Thanks
    -Geoff
