  • How can an Exchange Admin view users' folders?

I can view their Inbox, Contacts, Calendar, etc, but I need to be able to actually access their entire account. When users leave our company I need to be able to check their email and Sent, other folders, etc. Please help.

We were using another email client, and just went with Exchange...so please excuse my ignorance.

    Thanks much!

I assume you mean Outlook not Exchange for the client?
You can choose File / Open other User's Folder / and see those specific things. If you want to open the Full Mailbox then have a look at this LINK
This will show the mailbox in addition to yours.
    cheers
