    Hi,

    We're having a problem with calendaring for just 1 user. Each time they create and save a new appointment, the following event is logged:

    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: EXCDO
    Event Category: General
    Event ID: 8206
    Date: 30/06/2008
    Time: 10:34:19
    User: N/A
    Computer: <exchange mailbox server>
    Description:
    Calendaring agent failed with error code 0x80070005 while saving appointment. They're using Outlook 2003.

    I've spoken to the user in question and they haven't had any problems. Has anybody seen this before?

    Does the problem follow to OWA and/or a new machine?

    Single user issues I don't tend to troubleshoot too hard if the problem follows. Create a new account instead.

      Hi. Thanks for your response.

      I've moved the user to a new machine and will monitor.

      It's only happening to a single user and they aren't having any issues so i'm not going to worry about it.
