    I am not sure of the best way to describe tis issue. If I send a meeting request to UserA, I get a failed delivery notice stating that UserB is not in the system. I have look everywhere that I can think of to remove whatever association there is. It does not happen if you send an e-mail to UserA only a meeting request. Any thoughts? I looked in ADSIEdit under the user's profile and I did not see anything. Please help.

    That will be a delegate. The user who original receives the message will most likely have had the user as a delegate at one time. Check in their Outlook to begin with.
