  • Help modifying Distribution Lists from Mgmt Shell

    Hi everyone,
We are in the process of migrating to a new Exchange 2007 server from Exchange 2003, as well as migrating to a new AD domain. We have used ADMT to migrate all of the groups from the old domain to the new one, and have gone through the process of mail enabling all of our groups, but we are having one minor problem. By default, all distribution lists have the "Require that all senders are Authenticated" checkmark checked under Mail Flow settings, Delivery Options. Does anyone know of a command that i can run from the command shell to remove this checkmark or disable this feature from these Distribution lists? we have probably close to 300 groups, and i don't want to spend hours opening each and every group and removing this checkmark on all my groups.

    Any assistance would be appreciated

    Thanks

I hope you have some other restrictions on the use of the lists. Otherwise they will become a spammers paradise with the authentication option turned off.
