  • Http error on Clustered Server

    Hi Guys,

I have one DC which is Windows 2000 Advanced Server with one Exchange 2000 . I am transitioning straight to SCC cluster on exchange 2007 with Windows 2003 AD.

I have successfully extended and updated the schema and transfer the roles to Windows 2003 DC. I have also successfully clustered the exchange on two nodes.

After install the exchange as active/passive node, i don't see the Exchange Virtual HTTP resource installed. When i try asking the accessing outlook web access, I get an error 404.

When i open the IIS i don't see the virtual Directory for owa. I only see the Exchange , Public, Exchadmin.

Stupid question time.......have you installed the Client Access role on a server?
It will not run on a cluster mailbox server so it will need to be on another server. If you havent got a CAS then you wont have OWA in IIS
