  • Exchange 2007 and mx record configurations help.

    Hi All,
    I successfully installed exchange 2007 and have created mailbox for the users but now want to configure the exchange so that users can send and receive mails from the external world, how and where do I do this configurations.
    since exchange 2007 does not support SMTP which protocol does it support,
    where do i configure the mx record in exchange 2007.

    my guess is - in the DNS server.

      A double post too. Good start vanienious.

      Exchange supports SMTP, if it doesn't then I have serious problems myself..
