  • Problem with "meeting room"

    OK, this one is probably stupid....

    I created several meeting rooms.

    When summoned people for a meeting they see the person who summoned the meeting but not the subject of the meeting !

    I have tried creating new meeting room and reviewed the security settings...

    Any ideas ?

    You need to uncheck the "Always add the organizer name to the meeting subject" option under Resource Privacy Options.
    You can configure resource auto accept, cancelation and other options thru OWA - need full access to that mailbox, or using EMS.
