  • Changing Default Web Site name in IIS and the Virtual Directory /OWA for E2K7

    Hello There

I have seen that, if I change "Default Web Site" name in IIS, OWA stops
responding with a Directory Name not found. Is there some additional
configuration required before/after this change can be done?

Also, is there a way to change or add /<what-I-want> instead of /owa default directory?

    Thanks a lot

You cannot change either element without causing problems with the operation of Exchange. It isn't just the public side, but the IIS configuration is used internally by Exchange.
To change the /owa bit you could use a redirect, but the traffic will still need to go to that directory as that is how OWA was built.
