  • Email Wallpaper Restriction?

Is there anyway to restrict users from using wallpapers in their emails at the Server level with Exchange 2007? If not, does any one have another solution?

    Thanks.

    Re: Email Wallpaper Restriction?

It can't be done in Exchange 2007 at the server level, I guess you will need (if there is) a third party software.
Try searching Google or here: http://msexchange.org/software/

You might want to look at the GPO extentions for Office 2007, downloadable from Microsoft. They ***might*** have that type of restriction.

Disable the use of HTML email for new messages using group policy will stop the use of backgrounds in email immediately.
