  • Multiple Mailboxs for Single User

We recently had someone leave the organization I work for. For this particular mailbox, we disabled there AD account, but left their mailbox as is. As of today, we had a request to allow 2 people the ability to access the mailbox. Is this possible? Is there a way that 2 people can check this mailbox via outlook?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Just like in Ex2000/2003 - give the other users "Full Mailbox Access" to the one mailbox and you're done.

Here's a Technet article that shows how to give someone "Full Access" to a mailbox in 2007 via PowerShell.

      http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l.../aa996343.aspx

I've entered the command sucessfully, now I'll follow up with my users in the morning and let you know how it went.

      Thanks for the help Daniel.

      ***Worked like a charm.
