  • Configuring Exchange to accept e-mail for multiple domains, and then properly routing

    The scenario:
Exchange is set up on a domain called domain.internal. I want e-mail sent to domain.com to be properly routed. I can add an accepted domain to Exchange's domain list, but it still won't know where to route the e-mail ([email protected] doesn't exist, but [email protected]rnal does). Must I manually add the e-mail address [email protected] to each person's list of addresses before messages can be properly routed?

Also, when sending e-mail, the address is listed as [email protected]rnal. How can I make it from [email protected] (many SMTP servers refuse to receive e-mail from domains without a recognized TLD)?

Thanks for any help with this - I'm a newbie,
    Sam
